We start moving as soon as you confirm your order. Delivery times depend on three things:

Shipping Fees

United States – Shipping is on us. Always.

Everywhere else – A flat $15 delivery fee. No hidden costs, no surprises.

We like to keep you in the loop — every step of the way.
Order Confirmation
Right after you place your order, we’ll send you an email with all the details: what you bought, where it’s going, and how you paid. Think of it as your digital receipt and first sign that your order is in motion.
Shipping Confirmation
As soon as your order leaves our hands, you’ll hear from us again.
You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with:

A list of what’s been shipped

A tracking link to follow your package’s journey
Heads-up: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to show any updates — carriers need a bit of time to scan things into their systems. If your order ships in parts, no worries — you’ll get a separate update for each package.
🛠 Processing Time
We process orders Monday to Friday. Within 1-3 days after your order payment is successfully made, we will process your order and arrange for shipment from the warehouse. After successful shipment, we will email you the tracking number of the logistics and carrier company. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. The estimated arrival time is 20-30 days (excluding order processing time). We will email you the tracking number within 72 hours. Due to the large number of orders during the event, the shipping time is longer, but don't worry, I believe you will be very satisfied with the goods you received.
